Been a while since Ive posted some vids. These were taken by a friend in Wuhan (city in central China, its dirty and known for blazing summers). Anyway, most of these kids are teenagers

As I told you, I love 'em!

It pains me to see them drop that weight back down on their shoulders like that girl is doing... of course, it's probably light for her!

OUCH!!! [/quote]It doesnt hurt the shoulders. She bends a bit as the bar falls which coushins the impact. I do the same if Im pressing behind the neck. Looks like Im letting weight fall directly on my traps, but if you bend and coordinate it, the bar drop wont hurt. Having a lot of muscle in those areas as a cushion helps as well.
