Question post-workout stretching

I've read NROL4W and am in Stage 1. My question: what would be some excellent stretching/cool down moves for after my strength workout? Thanks!
Still trying to find my way around here.

It would be good to get one session with someone who can evaluate you (physical therapist, chiro, good personal trainer) and let you know what areas need stretching.

Another thing you can do is foam roll, it's pretty easy and provides great relief.
