Unhappy Daym Training Logs

Hello EVerybody!!

I'm trying to understand these training logs but finnd em a lil confusing and was hoping you could help.

First, the blank training logs that can be downloaded have 6 blocks of workouts1-4. What do these Workouts 1,2,3,4 stand for?
Does that mean that if I plan on working out 3x/week, Monday = workout 1, wednesday = wkout 2, friday = workout 3?

And then coming to the workouts outlined by the book..

Workout A
Exercise Sets Reps Rest
A Squat
workouts 1,2 2 15 60
workouts 3,4 2 12 60
workouts 5,6 3 10 60
workouts 7,8 3 8 60

B1 Push Up
workouts 1,2 2 15 60
workouts 3,4 2 12 60
workouts 5,6 3 10 60
workouts 7,8 3 8 60

B2 Seated Row
workouts 1,2 2 15 60
workouts 3,4 2 12 60
workouts 5,6 3 10 60
workouts 7,8 3 8 60

C1 Step Up
workouts 1,2 2 15 60
workouts 3,4 2 12 60
workouts 5,6 3 10 60
workouts 7,8 3 8 60

C2 Prone Jackknife
workouts 1,2 2 15 60
workouts 3,4 2 12 60
workouts 5,6 3 10 60
workouts 7,8 3 8 60

So, Monday the following is what I am supposed to do in the same listed order:
Squats: Set 1(15 reps) -break 60 sec
Set 2(15 reps) -break 60 sec
Pushups: Set 1 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Seated Row: Set 1 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Pushups: Set 2 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Seated Row: Set 2 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Step-Up: Set 1 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Prone kjack: Set 1 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Step-Up: Set 2 (15 reps) - break 60 sec
Prone kjack Set 2 (15 reps) - end

Please advise.

Muchos thankyous's!
