[Request] Effective workout for newbie
Hi all,
My name is Chester and I just start to go to gym. I'm newbie so I dont know how to start. I'm a 22 y-old thin dude (1.72m, 55 kg), so that i want to improve my strength and wanna have a better looking body with fitness.
So, I'm looking for advices from you guys, especially an effective overall body imrovement workout charts with pictures that suitable with my body and my goals above. To be honest, i'm not good at english and my vocabulary about fitness is limited (i'm gonna update my vocabulary soon). That's why i need pictures to descibe actions/positions)
