If anyone is thinking about becoming a certified personal trainer. You should seriuosly consider Scirion Institute of Exercise Physiology. You would have to apply to get in, but it's a great program and it's not too expensive either. I'm only posting this because there seem to be some folks who are interested in personal training as a profession. Their website is fitnesscareer.com

You aren't possibly spamming this site are you? Why not just post this in the thread in which you read about it? Just in case you're not a spammer, we aren't kind to spammers in here. Fair warning.

Great. I wonder if this guy has harvested the user email addresses on this site with a bot, and now we will be receiving unsolicited emails filled with junk?

Don't worry... If he's really a spammer, he has never seen the level of spam that he will receive when we get done with him. But I'm going to withold judgement till he gets a chance to speak on his own defense. I usually don't banish spammers because they are just too entertainment. I pretty-much reserve that honor for trolls.

Probably a good idea not to rush to judgement Jean-Paul, have you checked out his site yet? I tried, but was having issues with pages loading in Internet Explorer.

Nice site, but:
No customer testimonies, No reference names, no listed street address, no association memberships.........

Oh, sign me up right now!! WTF...TONING??? Yes, because I have bulked up SO much from lifting heavy...lol. "exclusively for women interested in toning only"..that sentence just makes me wanna barf. "Pre-programmed workouts"....yeah, that's just what every woman needs because the same program will work for everyone! I hope there aren't women stupid enough to pay $1200 for a pre-written program that won't produce results!
Ok, I'm done now

You probably should barf. I bet you're one of those chicks who could lose 30 pounds or so. Don't PMS on this site. If you don't have something nice to say, go workout! Then come back and pretend to be a lady. Anyway, Hi Folks! I'm new and I'm not afraid to mix it up with the current members. By the way, the Scirion site is cool but I like this one better. Anybody can see that the WTS on the Scirion site is a marketing package. It's a good idea because they are simply using the language a good majority of woman who work out still use. I don't think it's one program for all. Who knows?

Go take a look at her picture in the Off-Topic forum before you speak. She obviously doesn't need to lose weight.
I would be surprised if ANYONE was "afraid" to talk big on the internet... it IS just the internet, so there is no threat.
Clean up your tone before you continue to post here.
Of course, you're likely just a clone or a friend of good ol' Harry here.

Thanks, RH. I was about to post something a lot more pointed than that, but then, it's easy to pick fights on the Internet

Uh, Samantha, you're obviously new to this whole internet thing, so let me eju-ma-cate you... I am the administrator, which means that I can look at something called an IP address. Funny thing is, even if you create a new ID, and even use a different email address, your IP stays the same.
That being said, TG's comments on that site were valid. Its a pretty weak site. She was not insulting any individuals though. Your comments to her, however, were out of line and quite personal. Two things I don't like on this site is spam and new people who come into this site and insult other readers. So far you are 0-for-2.
If you plan to actually be a part of this site I would advise that you start all over again. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume that we got off to a rocky start. Decide which identity you want to keep because I will close down the one you don't want to regularly post on.

Actually, while you were posting this, I was at the gym having a REAL workout. I was pushing 375 on the leg press...which isn't my best by the way. And, I also received a compliment from a guy at the gym on the form of my SLDL's. Oh, maybe you don't know what the stands for...lemme help...Straight Legged DeadLift...a real exercise. Sorry I'm not into the pink dumbbell routine, but feel free to sell it to others. I, however, will continue to educate women on how to exercise to obtain the body they want instead of contributing to the "heavy weights makes you bulky" myth.
Have a nice day

Nah, he/she didn't even know that I could track IPs, so I doubt they have a bot.
