I would try a search over at westside or elite fitness.

Her is how I did them:
Lying down on the bn with 45lb bar - take a medium grip, lower with elbows tucked to about 2-3 inches off my upper rib cage - from here let bar travel to nipple line by moving fists not elbows then prees straight up.

It was like a tricep extension done 2-3 inches above the nipple line then pressed staight up.

REAL tough to explain - sorry.

These can be Brutal on your elbows, not sure if they are worth it!

Good luck,
Jerry

Go here and look under "Triceps." I like these instead of regular extensions.

GQ: I love the innumerable training-related instructional resources you come across. Keep 'em coming, man!

Here's one you might not know about (although I doubt it ):

Thanks a lot Jerry and GQ for the replies. GQ, that is a great reference site with lots of useful videos. I'll make sure to bookmark it.

I am aware of that site

JM presses and seated cleans are something I had to see before I could even begin to describe, much less do (though I dont like the seated cleans for my purposes). Hopefully, visuals will help other movements popular to WS.
