Hello all,
I am 5'9 65kgs,my waist to hip ratio is .94, with 14% Body Fat and 86%lean body mass.

I have been on myoplex and hydroxy cut for about 1and half months now.I have had absolutely no success with my waist to hip ratio although minimal improvement is been seen with increase in muscle mass.

My question is: Can one take hydroxy cut and myoplex together?

Thanks!!
Amol.

I don't really see a problem with combining them. In fact, I would think that staying on a good protein supp would be highly recommending when doing a cutting supp like Hydroxycut.

he's right.

also, you've seen increase in muscle mass in only 1 and a half months. just wait till you've been at it for 3 months or 6 months. you should really notice a difference then.

and be advised that muscle is termed biologically active. the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be. in other words, more muscle, more calories burned.
