hey guys,as some of you know i lift weights on a regular basis however my weight training isnt the issue here!i am thinking of taking up a sport or two and was wondering which sport would be best and would help my body building!any help would be great my friends!

I'd say pick a martial art, and perhaps a non-grappling style, but a marital art in any case

You are working on (I assume) strength and size through your lifting.

A martial art would likely help you in areas of flexibility, coordination, balance, speed, power,and grace, among other things. It would also be a new level of challenge for your mind. It could also qualify as some cardio workout.

If you are interested in actual competition, you have sparring and forms, as well as other options, such as weapons and breaking.

hi thanks for that i was actually thinking of taking up a martial art however i dont know of any martial arts trainers that are any good in my area,and if i where to take up a martial art then i would want the best training possible,and eventually like to compete and stuff?you know of any martial arts schools in my area?i live in the united kingdom a place called newcastle-upon tyne??
