What is this device about? Is it just the new same old thing or is it introducing anything new? Looks cool though. Any comments from experts?

It looks like:

Get some cheap resistance tubing. Attach to a board. Jack up the price 1000%. Get some idiots to dress up like spiderman wannabees to make a video. Get some people to spam message boards to try to sell the product and hope an even bigger idiot buys it.

I admit to being an idiot, but I'm not that big of an idiot.

Other than putting those cuffs on the blonde you can do that yourself for way less expensive.
