I am in favor of a "all vs all" type challenge, but as Nick said, if we get enough people and you folks want to have 2 separate challenges, I can live with that.

Correct. If the pics are in, that counts as an entry, but they won't be used until Labor Day (or after) for the before and after shots. We can make the timeframe for the after shots later too, as making people take them on one day is a little absurd.
