It was all worth it. Scale down 5 pounds after 1 week on Warp Speed Fat Loss. I am also glad to have learned of the mini-omlettes (I almost called them mini-muffins --wouldn't that be delicious.) I wake up at 5am and try to get out the door by 5:30 with a full meal in my belly so it is difficult logistically as well as to consume a meal that early. Mini -omlettes may be easier on both fronts.

Hmmmmm...maybe I shouldn't have leaked the recipe for the mini omelettes before the end of the challenge...lol...J/K...I'm glad you saw the recipe...they really are hella convenient..and REALLY low carb... Plus...kinda YUM.

Ok...no fair...saying mini muffins...mmmmmm mini muffins...

Holding steady here. My main goal has been to actually start working out with some focus again, which I've successfully done. Crank it up a bit more the next month, and then keto down for the home stretch. Y'all. Are. Toast

Plus, I shaved my head, so that was at least five pounds right there.

I'm working out hard and eating pretty well. I haven't been playing basketball, so my beer consumption is way down. Watch out suckers.

Good for you Julie! I think the girls shall take it. I am just finished with WSFL. I am down 7 pounds after 4 weeks. I am very happy with that. I'm going on a week vacation and plan to rest and start up again when I get back. I need to figure out what I will do next.
