PS: JP, I totally have a crush on you! You are like one of the only people in this world who is as high energy and crazy as me. In fact I look sort of normal when I sit next to you. And I am glad I did the ab posedown because I got to see those abs! Holy shit man! If I had known what lurked beneath that shirt, I would have found a way to lick them sometime during the weekend.

No one asked to see my abs.

It was a great time. I apologize that I did not have time to finish my presentation. I have sent the key notes to everyone who attended.

Yesterday my wife and I hung out in Louisville (destination airport) Ky and attended the zoo and ate at Cheesecake Factory. Great ending to a great weekend. I am now preparing for a couple of other seminars coming up in near future MaxCondition for Performance and Exercises You have never Tried. If anyone would be interested in hosting a seminar let me know.

Thanks Nick and thanks Dave for picking me up at the airport.

Had to be one of the best ever. Although, on the first day I had to scold the children at the pool because they looked like a Junior High dance with girls on one side and boys on the other.
