Question

This came recommended by someone I know...I have read bits of it...whatever googled up out of the morass of meaninless web pages...
has anyone ever tried this?
how effective is it in training for sports?
Its lack of range of motion execercises make me skeptical?...Any thoughts insights?

Most people in the field of strength and conditioning are skeptical of Static Contraction and Power Factor Training as one-size-fits-all workout systems.
