I have a question regarding your (excellent) FLTS and OPT program: should I do it if I am trying to become pregnant? I am in my first week and want to know if I should continue, since such a low calorie and carb diet can alter hormones and cycle. Is there a modified version I can do? Or do I just wait until the time is right (presumably post-childbirth)?
