Just reading in our local magazine , that three former College Of the Canyons football players joined the ranks of the NFL during the draft.

I think that speaks volumes about the effectiveness of Dos' training program. We're all smarter just by knowing him.

Well done.

Dos actually mentioned that while we were "parked" on the 405.

He certainly doesn't get enough credit for what he does with his athletes. I'm sure many of his athletes consider COC a brief stepping stone on their way to Div. 1 schools. I hope they (the athletes) appreciate the value they get from him.

Cool

Thanks guys! We should have an early round pick next season in CAL Running Back JJ Arrington. This kid is a CREATURE. he came in as an unrecruited 185lb. RB with pretty good speed (4.5 forty) and very little weightroom experience (200lb. power clean). He spent two seasons with us and left us as a 215lb. back with 4.3 forty speed and close to a 350lb. power clean (who was one of the most heavily recruited JC RB's in the country..). The kid was a DREAM to work with....He is expected to be one of the best back in the country this season...GO BEARS!! (my alma mater BTW)
