try this try that...er..is it working?
I've just become a member of this site and its a great source of information for people who have specific training questions.However,I'm frightened by some of the answers given by clearly self appointed personal trainers that are actively charging people money for their advice.These trainers sometimes take the on-line cyber training route so not to have direct contact with their clients.(the fact they can't they get clients in their own area is a give away).A warning to all newbie guys and galls looking for info.Compare sources of information.Filter out useless information for your goals based on comparison of RELIABLE material.For example the New Rules of Lifting is great and you'll be able to work on your own with appliable programmes without those isolation bodypart based,incline,decline,hung upside down-cline routines.Everybody seems to be an expert but few have actually trained long enough to see a set pattern of results in their clients.
