How often do you guys change your method of HIIT? Everyday? Every week? Every other week? Give me some ideas.

It depends, I do most of my HIIT on the tredmill, because I really don't like the stationary bike and I can't run outside. Anyway, I switch speeds (obviously) but I also change up the incline of the tredmill.
Other methods of HIIT that you might like are: jump rope & swimming. (Note I don't know how effective these methods are.)

I answered this over on MH but the post monster ate it.
Mostly jump rope... the occasional stationary bike when my arms won't work!!!

Every once in a while I will do stair-climbing foer HIIT. I sprint up the stairs and walk down. Good for your quads too.

I do whatever machine is free at the moment. So that would mix it up between the stepper, row machine, bike, treadmill, eliptical (yes I turn up the resistance )
I'll also play basketball on some days.

I'm like Keith with this one. I do HIIT on the treadmill with altering speed and inclines. I don't like the other machines much. To change things, I'll run outside...much tougher than it looks and harder than the treadmill.

Forgot to mention thuis before, but I often change up the sprint to rest ratios. For example, sometimes I will do a 15sec sprint and 45sec rest and other times I will do a 30 sec sprint and 30 sec rest. I also change up the machines I do HIIT on. Latley I have been sticking to a stationary bike or rowing machine. I just started using the rowing machine for HIIT can its great.

I usually do use the stationary bike or stairclimber with a 20/40 sec or 30/30 sec interval. I like the treadmill but I find the pounding bugs my back. I shoot for 3 days a week.
One question that wasn't asked is how long you guys do? I usually do a couple minute warmup and cooldown and then 15 or 20 minutes of intervals.

I try to change it ever time. Depends on the weather also. Suppose to be doing sprints for HGM Phase10 after workout, but will do exercise bike and/or burpees when it rains. Otherwise on cardio days I will ride the mtn bike, sprints, jog/walk, jump rope, cardio rider, etc.

Rip,
I haven't thought of the sprint:rest ratio, but it sounds like it would be just as effective.

I think it is just the opposite. Of course that could be, because I have run outdoors for years and only used a treadmill once. I didn't like not being able to change my pace or gait at will and I kept thinking I was going to take a bad step and get thrown off the back.

Varies by day. Some days sprints on a bike, some days complexes. You can read about it on my training log - Craig Ballantyne gave complexes to me instead of treadmill, etc.
E.G. 15 reps X 3 sets, 60 second rest of the following: deadlift+hang clean+shoulderpress+squat+shou lder press (i.e. kinda like 'The Bear')

Some really great replies. Thanks to everyone. I've been on the same HIIT method (exercise bike) for a month now. I really can't get into doing it outdoors, I've tried. I'm trying to decide on a place to jump rope because I'm a firm believer that it's one of the very best cardio exercises. I have it in my very near future (w/in a couple weeks, hopefully) to purchase a rowing machine. I was very interested to read that you use one RipStone. Sounds like you really like it? I hope that I can come up with a place around the house to jump rope and then I can have 3 methods to cycle between.
*edit* I've also got to start cycling my ratio. Good point. Thanks.

Just to clarify, by "rest" I don't mean don't do anything at all. I mean that your "rest" period should be when you jog or cycle at an easy pace. For example...
15 second "sprint" at 100% max effort followed by a 30 second "rest" at 30% max effort.
