I'm so use to having a natural athletic shaped body. A tiny waist with a fuller back side and strong legs. A thicker but toned body type
I got sick with a problem that caused my body to really bloat, once the problem was solved my body dropped ALOT of weight. I LOST MY BUTT AND LEGS WITH IT!

i noticed once i tried to get my body thicker..my legs and backside remain smaller but my waist keeps getting wider. But as soon as i work out my waist goes down.. but legs and butt remian the same
Any suggestions on how to get my OLD body back? i have no problem with keeping my waist small.. but i want to get my fuller butt and thighs back.
I'll take any suggestions! diet, workouts, anything! I miss my more curvy toned body!
