I will second that.

Normally, I never think too much of the people designing workout routines. I sit and read their research and conclusions, then in the back of the book I see their personal results. A 250 lb fat guy that looks like he couldn't do 1 pushup.

I have to say, after seeing JP's retreat pics, I changed my mind about Chad. The guy has got some experience packed in those arms.

Hopefully Chad will stay around. Now that the retreat is over, he knows firsthand the type of people that hang out here.

Yes it is good news indeed. I can see he's already bumping up that post count jp [img]tongue.gif[/img] i'm really looking forward to learning a lot from reading everyone's notes. Chad, i haven't tried any of your programs cause, well i didnt really know about them, or lifting in general, until this past year and by then it was inseason lifting, but anyway i have heard nothing but good things about them and plan on checking some of them out. My thanks to you for all the imformation that has been handed to me indirectly. I am really looking forward to digesting it all. [img]smile.gif[/img]
