hi there people!just a question for you experts,in your experience what makes the chest develope best?i read all the stuff in books however i want to get your opinions as you have lots of experiance?

If that is you in the photo puttin' up 225 I would say that you are on the right track.

Yeah, big pressing can correspond to big time activation of the pecs. Dips and pressing movements should probably be the basis of your chest program, with some isolation work like flys (I like performing flys and "squeezing" the pecs together during the top portion of the exercise for two seconds or so.)

Here is an article with two exercises that will absolutely kill your pec fibers, I love both of them.

Johnka: It's the other big exercise that really blasts my chest. The slide pushups were first introduced to me by Mike Mejia at least two years ago, and they are very tough as well. Let us know how you like them!
