Tuesday
Squats 5x6
Lunges 2x10
SLDL 5x12
Goodmornings 2x10

Thursday
Dynamic Bench press 8x3
Fliesx2
DB Rowsx4
Pullupsx3
DB shoulder press 4x10
Barbell Curls 3x5

Friday
Same as Tuesday

Weeks 3-4
Monday
Bench press 4x5
Barbell Rows 3x10
Pullupsx3
Barbell Curls 5x3

Tuesday
Dynamic Squats 8x3
SLDLx6 (6 reps)

Thursday
Dynamic Incline Press 8x3
DB Shoulder Press 2x10
Barbell Curls 2x10

Friday
Lunges 6x10
Goodmornings6x10

Your splits and rep schemes don't seem to have any organization. I'm confused!

You're doing 5 sets of 10, 2 sets of 5... I'm not really sure what you're trying to do. I mean your splits look alright, but the actual work you're doing...??
