hi im 5'9 150 and ive been working out for 4 month im trying to get bigger but i dont think my workouts are really doing anything. i need help on what i can do to get bigger

That doesn't make any sense to me... but it did remind me of a joke!

There was this Rabbi who wouldn't take money for one of the services he performed... he only took TIPS!

Welcome to the forum! My first bit of advice is that you do some back-reading. Start with the FAQ and the training section, then try reading posts a few pages back so you can get a feel for the forum. It will help you figure out what questions to ask.
