I know I'm being piggy getting all these questions in, so thanks for listening.

Goal: Lose fat and weight. Been trying for years after babies. Mostly distance running and some lifting. High carbs. Now trying 35-35-30.

3x week full body lifting based on Chad Waterbury, suggested by someone on this board.
1 day running intervals hills, no more than 30 minutes.
1 day running speed intervals, no more than 30 minutes.
1 day running outside "longer run" around 5+ miles.
1 REST day.

Thoughts?

The reason I ask the cardio question was because for literally years, I have run upto 50mpw and stayed a little pudgy. Lifting is 6 bodyparts, 4 multijoint and 2 single. I wish I had the link but I dont know how to do that. It seems like a great workout though. I am used to lifting, done it on and off for years. But I dont like getting "bulky" and for a girl I tend to. Have always done higher carb and once when I tried the higher protein, I did it for like a week and quit. PLUS it probably wasnt nearly enough calories for what I was doing.
Just wondering if I watch the diet, maybe 1800-2000 cals in the above ratios, with not too much cardio (as I've been told thats not necessarily good) plus the lifting will melt the fat off
