Good point, didnt even notice that. Looks like he's drinking water out of a protein shaker bottle
Except it's GREEN!

Get it right Og.
They said it tasted like "ass" and "grass." Not exactly a ringing taste endorsement.

Hahahah that makes a strange amount of sense.
At least I didn't think it looked like water.
Who all tasted it? I see it in the stores and consider it everytime..

Actually, I gave my full-fledge endorsement to Greens+. Yeah, and I might have hinted at the notion that it tastes like a horse's ass! Well, that's because it does if you don't mix it in a protein shake. But the stuff is so damn good for you that it hurts.
Great pics! It's already entertaining to have a look back on the event.

Maybe next years retreat
There was an open invitation to show my "nephews" the results of hard work and great nutrition. No one took the offer. Poor things.
I know! if you guys post MORE pics, I can show them and tell them that if they eat their spinach and exercise... You could be an inspiration for early healthy habits.

Here's a couple more pics. Not as good as Johnka's
Beginning of dinner. Not easy to get everyone to look up. Some were too engrossed, and JP looked like he could barely hold his lips together for another second:

Another camera war. Gabe just made his way back from the other side of the table to be in Mahler's pic (hence the blur)
And the pics I wish I had:
1) Kaiser explaining all weekend what he meant by telling me I looked "leaner", no "more petite", no "smaller" than my posted pics. Was that supposed to be a compliment or a jab?
2) The Bridget Jones book on CD in the box of Gourmet Nutrition, StB, and Nutrition video in my trunk. Must've been JW and JB's road trip entertainment. Or did Lou bring it? (ok, ok, it was in my trunk before the books got there...but any single 30 something can relate to Bridget)
3) And as Chera mentioned above...we needed to take pics of the proof of all your hard work!

The angle, perhaps. Makes the point they are a horizontal push movement, doesn't it?
