A mile and a half without stopping in 12:30!

This may not sound like much... but 2 weeks ago I couldn't even run a quarter mile without stopping, and my 1.5 mile time wasover 18 minutes!

I'm so stoked, I just kept pushing. I don't even feel too horrible right now, but we'll see when tomorrow rolls around.

Good job! You're running a little slower than an 8min mile, which is pretty respectible by most folks! Just the sheer aspect of gutting thru it and accomplishing your goal says alot about your willpower to succeed.

Congrats.

Way to go!
That's a huge difference from just a couple of weeks ago.
Here's to future goal-crushing...

Well, safe to say I don't feel so hot about meeting my goal today as I did yesterday.

I cant feel my damned legs! I'm still stoked just thinking about it. It feels good, it's a major breakthrough for me knowing it IS very pissible to reach my goals with a little hard work.

Thanks for the kind words guys, I'll keep you updated I'll be posting a pictorial of my progress in a month or two as well.

Good job -- that's amazing progress for only two weeks and going from not being able to run 1/4-mile!

Well, maybe not 11:30 but tonight I did 12:23 non-stop I could have possibly done it a bit faster but I still have really sore muscles from last friday. (Lifted a little more than I should have on top of the run)

Time for a day or two of resting... for cardio anyway, I've got my lower body routine to worry about tomorrow ;P

Gotta love working 14 hours a day and hitting the gym up right after to top it off! Time for bed night folks, and thanks for the kind words.
