I have been doing it for the past 10 weeks and really like it a lot. I guess you can say I am a non-athlete cus I dont compete in any sports at the moment, but I am always playing some sport with my freinds(pick up bball, football, etc). So I am doing the additonal leg day because of my "non-athlete" status. IMO this program will defintley help you gain mass cus right now I am maintaining and am still seeing great results so I can only imagine what kind of gains I am gonna have when I start to bulk again.

Faraz, try the following link:

http://www.defrancostraining.com/art...s_westside.htm

If you have any problems with the link then it's also available on t-nation. I reckon that i might give it a go once i've finished Scrawny To Brawny.

Why not just do a conjugate setup if you have no athletic constraints?

This is the westside for begginers program, you'll notice it's similar to the westside for skinny bastards but has 2 lower body days, it's a fun program and I used it to add some strength and mass.

For WS4SB you work up to your 3 rep max generally. This is how it looks for me...

bench press
warm up: bar x15
95x5
135x5
145x3
160x3
170x3
185x3
195x3
205x3
