HI AM AM A KEEP WEIGHTLIFTER AND BEEN DOING IT FOR A YEAR NOW HOWEVER NOW I WISH TO BUILD UP MY FITNESS?I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT IS BEST FOR BUILDING UP STAMINA AND ENDURANCE?IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME SOME ADVICE I WOULD BE GRATEFUL??

I assume you mean as in running since you posted this in the running forum? I'd say "run".

Note from Admin... Moved this to "training discussion" from the "running" forum as I think it is more appropriate in this forum.

Two more quick points for David.

1) We don't like name calling in here. You can get your point across much better without it. I deleted your follow-up post for that reason.

2) Although I know you don't mean to be rude, typing in all caps in forums is considered bad etiquette. It typically means that the person typing the message is shouting.
