I just joined JpFitness Ladies and gentlemen, my issue is that i hve been lifting weights for at least 3 years now, but i still wonder why i get the tissue that usualy appears on ntop of the biceps, at times on the sides if you get wat i mean. I donno if that has anything todo with genetics or something. I big have reasonable biceps but its all plain nothing appears of that sort. I suppose there must be some exercises that promotes that tissue to grow. Which ones are they if any ?
