I would love to see some non-gym, do-it-anywhere bodyweight training. Okay, please resist the temptation for double entendre interps on that . I'd also like to see some unconventional dumbell, kettlebell, or barbell work.
For those of you who are not aware of just how interesting a guy Jamie is, here's one of his recreational cardio activities:
He also is one of the very few guys who trains professional MMA athletes, and is a hell of a combat athlete himself. Let me add to this that I regularly discuss (and get his advice) on the technical & practical side of advanced dieting techniques for a range of sports.

Ain't that the truth Alan, Jamie is one of the most well-rounded individuals in this field that Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have worked with him at several camps and clinics, and I'll tell you the truth, that this man could speak on any number of topics from: conditioning for MMA, Olympic Lifting, Competitive Bodybuilding, GPP/Sports Specific, etc. he could even get into more outlandish and thoretical subjects as Wilderness Survival, Aristotelian Logic, The Scientific Method and Research for strength and conditioning, Sleep Deprivation, More info on the scientific nature of Macro-nutrients than anyone would ever want to listen to, training attack dogs, running a successful commercial gym...I could go on for days about the topics he is fluent in.
Jamie is a true Rennaisance man, and on top of that, a helluva guy and a great friend. This summit will be lucky to have him, amongst what is already a VERY STRONG group of presenters...
At this point it looks like Non-wtt Gpp and Bodyweight excercises are going to be my topic in addition to a brief discussion concerning fitness skepticism. That means we will probably go through the Total Hale Workout which is a combo of kickboxing, non-wtt Gpp and maybe some jump rope drills. I have some really cool and intense jump rope drills.

If we have enough space we will perform some jumpe rope movements. Due to the large number of participants I am not sure if we will have the space availability. Jump rope drills will include double toe bounce, high knees, slalom jump etc. Also non-traditional movements such as line drills including forward run, lateral run etc..
Dunno about the presentation room, but there's a huge park within easy walking distance, and several open grassy spaces within a block.

conference room is 18x26 with 9 ft ceilings, so the park may be it (which is completely cool with me, provided that people don't start barfing up their lunches)
