Can't wait...I'll be picking-up the man, the myth, the legend on Friday! Will be one of the biggest kick-ass clinics ever
Tom Incledon, Cosgrove, Hartman and myself throwing back a few "diet cokes" on Friday night?!?! I'll bring my notebook!

2pm friday : 2 hour seminar with Tom Incledon at my place
5pm until late : Sports training summit at a local diet coke center
Sat: 8am until 6pm ; The Cougar Strength clinic featuring the best in the west!
6pm until 8:30 : Sports Training Summit continued ....
8:30 : Roy Jones Jr fight !
Sunday 8am until 2pm Tom, Dos, Bill and myself all presenting.
2 pm : Sports Training summit part three .....
Wow it's going to be intense. And you're going to miss it....nanananana
Frantically write confusing notes while Tom Incledon speaks
Try to stay one "diet coke" behind the top strength and conditioning professionals at the "Sports Training Summit, Part 1"
Wake up at 4 am (Bill Standard time) and pretend I'm not jet lagged. Tom will be another additional hour off (EST)!!
Take copious notes all day Saturday...then survive part 2 of the "Sports Training Summit"
We get to watch the Roy Jones fight? Great...I'll sleep when I'm dead.
Wake early again...play student most likely writing with both hands.
Present on the athletic approach to golf conditioning (hopefully no one will fall asleep)...there will be no swiss balls (well actually there is one??!!!! )
Try not to get too drunk and miss my flight home...the red-eye (I have to be back early in the morning for a radio interview )
Sleep for 2 days. Then bask in my newfound knowledge from the Cougar Strength Clinic.
If the spirit moves me, I'll post an unbiased review of the weekend.
Robert- I'm E-mailing you concerning the seminar this weekend. Looking forward to meeting you all (hopefully?).

Incledon, Hartmann, Cosgrove, and Dos, that's some huge names right there. I'm really, really jealous. Any chance you four will be coming to the 800 people town of Waverly, Kansas this summer? I'd even buy you guys a meal at the local diner!

Hey Alwyn.....did we find out if RJ Jr. was being trained by Philbin for this fight???? If so, we can make a butt-load of $$ on this fight!

Please let me know what the situation is. I'd love to get over there Sunday and catch some knowledge.

nope - just you. tom lives in Az now.
BTW - SoCAl is 3 hours behind the east coast. So at 7am Socal time (when you have to get up) - it'll be 11 on the East coast not 4am

Day two is when we separate the men from the boys. Keep your TVA well drawn in for this one Bill !

NO SLEEPING ON TOUR !!! Official Scottish rules.
and only I can can call him Roy. You must refer to him as pound-for-pound, the baddest mother f-cker ever to put on a pair of boxing gloves.

I've read your notes - you're going to rock. But you and Mike Boyle might get into a fight about 'drawing-in'

It's a possibility as we plan on keeping you.
