Talking

I had a personal best tonight during my workout. Doing decline barbell bench. Well, ok... sorta decline. As much as I can get my bench to decline. I had mrs. gymrat down there to spot me and my music pumped. 200lbs. easy, what gives? never done that before??? 230lbs? yeah, what the hell....

3 reps before I needed the ever slight help of the mrs to re-rack. I was VERY pumped.

Now I know that isn't a whole hell of a lot of weight to some of you big boys, but to me? That's reason to celebrate. I can't wait to see where I'm at after I've been bulking for a few weeks.

Just had to share my success.

Absolutely! She's lost an unGodly amount of weight (after 3 babies via c-section). I won't tell you all what size she was before out of respect for her privacy but I can tell you now she's about a size 4 and looks FREAK'N AWESOME!!!!!! Yeah, I hit that!!

She does lots of cardio, but also she lifts weights. Isn't that cool? My wife, she's cool

I'll have to talk her into letting me put a pic of her on here sometime. she's very modest. I told her I was putting my pics on here and she said she'd never do that. lol!
She's strong too..... crazy strong. I don't get out of line much LOL LOL!!

Great job! It's always an awesome feeling to lift more than ever before!

And some guys can only dream about a mrs. who is enthusiastic about spotting you... no doubt she keeps you in line!
