PERSONALLY I have had great success with Craig Ballantyne's
Turbulence Training. I dropped about 15 lbs on this program (along with a sound diet). I'm still looking to drop some fat actually, and will probably get back on TT when things with work and school calm down a bit. You can check out my logs in the Workout Logs section, in one of my logs Craig also posted a SAMPLE TT which you can do for 4 weeks to see if you like it.
