This is what i use for a workout.

The only new thing is my golds gym XR5 Weight bench/lat tower/ leg devoloper.

I use a solid steel crowbar i found at a construction site, its held 190 pounds fine so far, i use this for benching, calves, squats, so forth.

Another solid steel crowbar thats aobut half the size of other one as a dumbell bar.

I have two dumbells i found in an abandoned house, along with about 200 pounds in weights.

Now is taht a Ghetto Workout or What!

I think that's pretty cool! Weights are weights! It doesn't have to be bright and shiny to work, it just has to be PUT TO USE!

No, a ghetto workout would be doing interval sprints while eluding local crews

Talk to your local auto garage and they'll be glad to let you haul off their old tires and bent rims for sled pulls and such.

I've got over 400 athletes and they each have their own sled thanks to Johnson's Garage!
