Hello everyone,

I'm a novice weightlifter (30 pound bench press is my max ) and I've recently been given the go-ahead to use our extensive fitness center to make my own program. I've considered including plyometrics but I have no idea if that would be good. So here's my schedule:

Mon- Cardio (45 minutes on bike or elliptical)
Tue- Weights
Wed- Cardio
Thur- Weights
Fri- Cardio

I have approximately 45 minutes to complete my workouts. I'd like some input on what would work for me or what exercises I should do, if you could.

My goals are to get my abs by the end of June (In combination with a clean diet, of course), and build my upper and lowers legs. Butt is optional .

Thank you! (I hope this is the right section for this)

I would look into Craig BAllantyne's Turbulence Training for Women. One of the women here (cappucinno) has had great success with it, she even has a coupple of her Workout Logs on this forum #1 #2 #3. You can order the Turbulence Training eBook or look at testimonials at www.turbulencetraining.com

There is also http://thetrainingjournal.com/ which is run by TrainingGirl.

http://www.rachelcosgrove.com/ Is a website that I've hearn good things about.

http://www.grrlathlete.com/ is another website run by Craig Ballantyne who is always welcome to anser e-mails.
