I know we've discussed, favorite type of workout music, but is there a particular SONG that you skip to when you're about to hit a really excruciating set? One that absolutely revs your engine up????
My changes with my moods obviously but lately it's been GnR's "Welcome to the Jungle" mmmmmmm.... now I want to go lift.......
Broken Glass by The Crystal Method
or
Poison by The Prodigy
I use them more for hiit than I do for weights though.

Same here, lol. "Welcome to the Jungle" really gets me pumped.
Don'r have a favorite song, but anything by Damageplan is pretty high up there, that whole album ROCKS!

I knew I could count on some classic Zeppelin from you
I was wondering if you'd catch it!
Hehe...From one of the finest albums in rock history
Unfortunately, my gym is adjacent to the cardio classroom. Their music is pumped into the weightroom (a variety of top-40 dance pop hits from those prefab workout cds)
The entire Badmotorfinger album by Soundgarden is hard to beat. Can't argue with Zepp though.
Black Flag is good but interestingly Henry Rollins says he always listens to ballads when he lifts -they piss him off

These songs just make you wnna do something to the best and craziest extent, i could race to them, fight to them, just about anything and they pump me up alot.
