Cool

I am in the process of trying to shake up my weight training and was wondering if someone had any advice for a full body weight routine that I can do. I have been looking and haven't been able to find anything that has seriously sparked my interests.
Thanks in advance.
Melanie

Welcome Melanie. Someone here will get some routines for your perusal. What are your goals? What are you looking for? What keeps your interest? Those will help us weed out routines to ones you might benefit from.

JP, could be a need for the routine you gave me for my wife (which she loves, BTW and it seems to be working for her). Any chance you'll be putting that up on your site anytime soon? Or offer for purchase?

Well let me see. As far as goals go I am looking to loose a couple of lbs. while toning without getting too bulky. I like to loose my weight at a snail pace vs. quickly so I have a tendency to gain muscle quicker than I loose the fat. That is where I was hoping a total body workout would help.
I am not too picky, I pretty much enjoy every aspect of weight lifting. I guess basically I am just looking for something new and different.
Lately I have been working Chest and Back on Tuesdays, Shoulder, Bis & Tris on Thursday, and legs and abs on Saturdays.

Mellie,
Email me your fax number and I will send you a copy of the workout that Kaiser was talking about.
