I'm 238 lbs. right now, I have lost 85 lbs. in the last two years, and what I have left is my love handles and my abs that need to be worked on. I have been trying to get rid of all the access fat around there for a while without finding good results! Any advise?

You cannot spot reduce, i.e. reduce in one area. To rid yourself of unsightly flab, you have to do it overall.

I would recommend big lifts that work the biggest and most muscles: Deadlifts, squats, bench press, upright rows, dips, pullups.

Also, Homegrown Muscle has a great fat burner for the first eight weeks of the program and offers a good all around program. You can find it here: http://www.menshealth.com/cda/articl...-0-199,00.html

Huge congratulations on the gains...errrr...losses thus far!
