Welcome, Mike! I may be second in line for the title of being the oldest participant here. I'm sneaking up on the BIG 5-0 in less than a month. However, I would repeat what outdoorboy asked... give us some more info about your current condition. There's no end to the journey toward "fitness" (until the ultimate end

) so tell us where you are now and where you want to go first.
