Question

I've recently been really interested in trying some type of full body workout that I could do outdoors with basically no equipment/weights. Does anyone do this? Or know of a good program?

Aside from pushups, core work, and running (steady state or HIIT), I can't really think of a whole lot else to do. But I'm hoping I'm missing something...This weather is amazing and I'd love to get over to the park in the morning, as opposed to my nasty, sweaty gym once in a while...

Here's some stuff by Ian King.

Death by Bodyweight

Here's Mike Mahler's review of "Combat Conditioning."

"Combat Conditioning" review

It's not free, but might be good if you are going to be without gym access for a long time.

Nice links, thanks!
Between both articles, there seem to be enough exercises to get a pretty good workout in. I'm looking forward to trying it out.
I think I'll skip buying the ebook, since it claims to rely on only 3 exercises, all of which are described in the article. Plus, these coaches who have 'inner circles' kind of freak me out a little...

I would never order anything from Matt Furey. His stuff is way overpriced and deficient in useful information. A much better bodyweight book is available at Rossboxing.com. Unlike Matt Furey, Ross Enamait is easy to contact and more than willing to help with any questions.

Thanks again for the good advice.
Nanook - have you read "The Underground Guide
To Warrior Fitness"? It looks like it could be interesting.

Vin,
I have that book and "Ultimate Training for the Ultimate Warrior". He incorporates alot of sandbag training and sled work along with the bodyweight stuff in the "Ultimate Training" book. If you have access to either a sandbag or sled, this is a great book, packed full of exercises and killer workouts.

Bodyweight TT Workout: Ultimate Bodyweight Workout

Looks like Craig's got a new bodyweight program. Timely, huh?
