It's one thing to write articles on "obsure" websites, but now this guy is getting quoted in the LA Times. I can't belive he actually said this:

The same goes with protein! If you want ornamental muscle you should supplement with protein, but if you do so then do it at your own risk. Players found supplementing with protein could be suspended for up to 4 games! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
