Default Placement for conditioning circuits?

I like doing conditioning type circuits such as :
burpees
100 yard sprint
jump rope

Or something like that. The only problem is I have a hard time placing them in my schedule so as not to conflict with my full body lifting which I do 2-3 days per week. My goal is to be in top shape next month when indoor soccer starts.

I was thinking maybe:
day 1 lift
day 2 conditioning/sprints
day3 off or bike ride
day 4 repeat

How does that look?

What are some of your favorite conditioning workouts?

what is your number 1 goal for the next 4 weeks -
gain strength from your lifting program or get in condition for soccer?

Does soccer start right away with games or is there a conditioning period of time where you have practices without matches?

conditioning for soccer is the main goal. I managed to bump my strength up some since I cut back on mountainbiking but I doubt if I'll gain any more.

We will just be jumping right into games Jan 13. It no big deal, just a rec league but its an excuse to get in the best condition I can.

If that were me, I'd focus on conditioning and skills/drills and maybe only lift once a week to maintain strength. Maybe include a circuit training day or complexes day to try and split the difference and get weights twice a week that way. I'm not sure I'd ride for conditioning since your sport requires you to be on your feet running.

But I'm not a soccer conditioning guru. Just a reader.

Sounds good Lisa. I'll go insane if I don't get a couple of lifting sessions in per week. Oh, wait I already am insane and OCD to boot.
Also the riding is inevitable because I have too many biking friends that will call me to go ride on a nice day and I can't so no. But I'm thinking two conditioning and two lifting will be good. The idea about circuit lifting or complexes is a good one for the second day. Kind of a two in one deal.
