Does anyone in this forum use High-Intensity Training? It's the way I train myself and my clients - http://www.highintensitytrainer.com

If your not familiar with HIT, well here it is: It incorporates brief, intense, infrequent workouts.

The originator of this training was Arthur Jones -then Mike Mentzer improved the theory making more logical and practical.

Welcome to the forum Gil! I have done training like that in the past. I am not currently using that method. It has actually been the topic of several of our discussions. I will have to see if I can go back and find them and bump them to the top for you.

Actually the originator of the system was Earle Liederman in his book Secrets of Strength in 1925.

Gil, you also mention on your site that your form of training also eliminates momentum (mass x velocity). How exactly do you do that?

Most people call me Jean-Paul or JP... either one works for me.

Isn't Arthur Jones the guy who invented the first Nautilus machines?
