I got Eric Cressey's book 'Maximum Strength' and I want to do the program but I really want to condense it to a three day format m-w-f. I once found an answer on Eric Cressey's blog but that site is no longer available. I googled and googled but can't find anything. Any suggestions?
I'd combine the friday and Saturday workout, taking off a set off the exercises perhaps and maybe also cutting out half the core work, but I wouldn't cut out things that are good for shoulder health.
