Question

Hey all,
i asked this on the wrong forum already, so hopefully after they help me, someone in this section will be able to also. I'd like to start a routine for toning and losing fat, mainly on my abs and arms, but toning my back also. I'm 5'9" and 190 lbs. any daily/weekly routine suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Look at the FAQ's

The workout routines are HERE

Look around and see what you like. HGM is popular but it was removed so here is a link to the archived site HGM

Hey dopeless...welcome to the board!

I just thought I would go ahead and point out what most probably thought when they read your question...

You cannot spot reduce in your arms and abs. I wish we could. I'd love to take that last layer of fat off my mid section if it were possible to do this. But alas...a full body workout combined with good nutritional habits is the only way to see fat loss. And it wont occur only in those areas where I want it most.

Don't neglect the larger muscle groups just to try spot reducing certain areas. Work the largest muscle groups...legs, back, chest. Perform complex exercises involving large groups of muscles and you'll get the most bang for your buck. As Plutes pointed out..HGM is a good one.

Just my 2 cents.

And again...welcome to the board.
