Question

To gain strength/bulk and train for a marathon at the same time? I know that it isn't optimal, but I will be going home for college soon which means I can eat all I want on my parent's grocery tab, but at the same time I want to train for a marathon in Houston in early January. Right now I am way out of shape, I just ran 4 miles in a lil over 32 minutes and thought I was going to die, so I know I still have a long ways to go. I want to run a marathon because it has always been a goal of mine and once I run one, I can give up steady state cardio forever! How many daily calories do you all think this would require and what do you all think would be the best macro breakdown? Thanks, Paul.

Forgot to add that I am around 6' and 180lb and ~12-13% BF. Hope to weigh ~190-195 by September.
