I have been lifting mainly for size for a while now an di am getting decent gains, but i am thinking about changing up, and im wondering if anyone is doing anything good. I have been thinking about westside for skinny bastards but it seems to athlete focused, i dunno maybe im wrong?

WS4SB is a great routine. I don't understand the problem of it being "athlete focused". You would rather be all show and no go?

Maybe take a look at the Workout Routines thread in the FAQ section and see if something else cathches your eye. Chad Waterbury's routines are great as well. I especially enjoyed Anti Bodybuilding Hypertrophy and the Waterbury Method.
