Default Ground up strength

This is a new site. It went up two days ago. The site is owned by Eric Troy. The site already has some good info. I suspect this will be an excellent site in the near future. I like Eric's mentality of Death to Dogmatism.

thanks,
Coach Hale

Looks great! I am happy to not be a guru...I am, well, something more along the lines of a "sit back and observe the gurus try to one-up eachother and realizing how alike they all seem...then pretty much tossing out 99% of the info they espouse, while absorbing all I need and using it to make ME a better, more well-rounded trainer" type!

i realize that's really crappy grammar and a horrendous run-on semblance of a sentence, but...you get my drift!

Well, between your run-ons and the coach's 2nd grade simple sentences, this thread is literary genius!!

and i just have to add that the topic of this thread makes me giggle...not knockin' it at all, coach, just initially had visions of what "ground-up strength" would resemble...would it be more akin to ground sirloin or ground turkey?
