Hi there i am new to this forum,i am 5ft 11inchs and 37 years old.I have been weight training for 3 years,i at first started for general health and now i would like maximum hypertrophy!i feel that my chest is lacking behind in size especailly the upper chest and was wondering what i could do to promote growth in that region!Is there a program that would fix my problem and also make the rest of me better?i would train around 4 times a week!I have just finished a ian king program!thanks

And I'll bet your 200 lbs...
I would look at Chad Waterbury's programs. I would start by looking at a program called Waterbury Method and I would also tell you to eat like there is no tomorrow.
How much protein are your taking in daily? Are you eating an extra 500 cals a day over your normal intake?

no i didnt register twice just once!i am gonna be a surgeon in 3 weeks i am a surgeon at dublin general hospital in ireland,i am a general surgeon!
