Default Offseason

Hey everyone, I finished my last race of the season on Thanksgiving. So this begins my running offseason. I am going to be keeping my mileage around 60 miles a week and will not be doing much speedwork. I am really looking to gain strength taht will help my running. Is there anything that anyone would suggest focus on during my lifting?? I would like to improve the force that I could apply to the ground inorder to get a quicker and stronger leg turnover and improve my running economy. IS there a lifting program that anyone would suggest?? Sorry for so many questions I would just really like to do well on my next scheduled race(Hartford Half marathon), I would like to run 1:20.

I think just the basics for low volume would be best. Perhaps 3 x 5 reps on the squat twice per week.
