Please help a newbie design a workout routine!
Hi everyone,
I'm a complete newbie, both to the forum and to strength training in general. I'm 5'2", about 105lbs of complete and total softness. I really want to tone up and build some muscle/lose fat (with my major concerns being my stomach, arms and rear end).
I workout at home, and don't have a whole bunch of equipment, although I can get (limited) additional equipment. (Small New York apartment and bank account, so not much!)
Can anyone help me figure out a workout schedule? As I said, I'm a COMPLETE beginner, so I have no idea where to even begin--any help would be greatly appreciated!
